- Personal checks accepted. We use PayPal for credit card payments.
- A $4-per-guest credit will be applied if breakfast service is declined.
- Access to Silver Raven Ranch requires purchase of a $10, 7-day gate pass to Colorado National Monument. Show us your receipt to receive 100% reimbursement (certain limitations may apply).
- With your reservation confirmation, you will receive driving directions and tips to enhance your enjoyment at the Lodge, the park, and the greater Grand Junction region.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $35 fee per room. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to the full amount of the reservation unless the room is rebooked. If the room is rebooked only a $35 fee per room will apply.

Policies for rental of entire lodge
- 3 night minimum stay
- Subject to availability
- 25% due at time of reservation; in some cases a security deposit may be required
- 25% of rental due 90 days before arrival
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival
- For entire lodge rental, $125 cleaning fee applies for bookings less than 7 nights
- No pets
- No childcare is provided
